The Markets Operations Department is responsible for the smooth operation of all HEnEx’s energy markets and its market participants support during their registration and trading activity through HEnEx's trading platforms, according to applicable Laws, Regulations, local and EU operational procedures. We are looking for enthusiast professionals with high degree of recognition for the secure, fair and reliable markets operation, with great team spirit and interest to actively participate in the pan-european and regional integration of energy markets in close collaboration with our European counterparties.

The Markets’ Monitoring & Analysis department is responsible for the compliance with the company’s markets reporting, transparency and monitoring obligations as derived from the relevant European and National regulatory framework for the markets operated by HEnEx, the cooperation with Greek & EU supervisory and other competent bodies and the development & implementation of the relevant proper tools and procedures. We are always looking for reliable professionals with a thorough understanding of the Greek energy sector and of energy related EU policy. The Strategy and Business Development Division is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan of EnExGroup, for performing the business planning and budgeting procedures of the group, and for creating long-term value for the firm through its business development functions. The Division also integrates the Research and Development efforts of HEnEx which aim towards stakeholder value creation through product and service innovation. We are always on the lookout for energy professionals with an aptitude for business and finance to assist us in carrying out our mission.

Clearing process takes place after the completion of transactions. The obligations and claims for each market participant are calculated in order to prepare the financial settlement. Invoicing and clearing members’ support are also important tasks of this department.

The efficient management of counterparty risk and liquidity risk is essential to the operation of the markets. Risk Management methodologies based on international best practices, but tailor made for the Greek energy markets are followed.
